If you had to describe Daiichi Sankyo in three words – what would they be?

Thrive, Impact, Care

What motivates you about your job?

Being able to instill a positive effect and influence in my colleagues within the Mid-Size-Countries (MSC) community, as well as in the broader organisation, is what truly motivates me in my job. I strive to make every day count and contribute towards bringing value to patients and society worldwide.

How does your work contribute to the goals of Daiichi Sankyo?

In our Mid-Size-Countries community, we deeply embrace the Daiichi Sankyo values and behaviors by leveraging our diversity of experience and healthcare eco-systems, to achieve better outcomes for patients and value to our organization, fed by patient-centricity, collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning.

What do you look forward to when going to work?

When going to work, I look up to amazing colleagues who inspire me through our day-to-day conversations, ideas, and actions, and I look forward to continually experiencing this exciting journey of transforming people’s lives.

Looking at our three Core Behaviours (Be Inclusive & Embrace Diversity, Collaborate & Trust, Develop & Grow) – pick one and tell us what you connect with it.

In my role, I deeply connect with all Core Behaviours, particularly Collaborate & Trust. In MSC, we operate as a diverse ecosystem network where we foster learning together and connect with purpose, continuously unlocking the power of the network and advancing as a Learning Organisation.
